How long does a course take to complete?
You can find course content, delivery method, length of training (for the face to face practical assessment) and prices via the
"courses and prices" tab.
As this is a blended course the pre-course theory component of the course has:
32 Questions for CPR only
75 Questions + 1 incident report for Provide First Aid (which includes the 32 CPR questions)
88 Questions + 3 case study scenarios for Education and Childcare First Aid (which includes the CPR and Provide First Aid questions)
How long it will take to complete these questions is dependant on the computer skills and knowledge base of each client.

What if all the spots are taken on the day I want to do my course?
Please just contact us (via SMS or email) and we may be able to fit you in. If you can see a course is sheduled on a particular day/time then we can usually create an extra spot for the particular course you are needing - including childcare.
I have booked in but need to change the day/time of my booking to a different one, how do I do this?
Please just contact us (via SMS or email) with your name and the original date you booked in, let us know what day/time you want to be moved to and we will organise this for you.
What if the days/times of the courses on the calendar do not suit me?
Please just contact us (via SMS or email) and we will see what we can do for you

No, our courses are offered partially online (pre-course training) and face-to-face assessment only.

How do I pay for my course?
Pay for your course either;
Invoicing can be set up for businesses who want to pay for their staff's training

Your courses are competitively fast - should I be concerned about the quality?
No! Our courses are nationally recognised and align with the Australian Government legislative training requirements.

When will I receive my statement of attainment?
We aim to issue your nationally recognised qualification on the day of or, the next business day, after you have completed your course.
You will receive your digital copy via the email address you registered with us.

I can't find my qualification/tax receipt - how do I obtain a copy?
Don't stress! Log into your ABC Learning Portal anytime to access a copy of both your Statement of Attainment and your payment receipt.
If you have forgotten your login details, follow the prompts on the learning portal page or contact us to reset your password
We can download your Statement of Attainment/receipt from your ABC account and attach it to an email for you however there is a $10 administation fee for this service.
Don't stress! Log into your ABC Learning Portal anytime to access a copy of both your Statement of Attainment and your payment receipt.

This is a common issue, only we can generate a reset password request to your email address, so just send us an SMS with your name and what the issue is.
*TIP: When you log in check the 'remember me' box and then next time you log in to your account the username and password should pre-fill.
I don't know when my 3 year renewal is due, can you help?
This can happen and yes, if you have completed 3 years of consecutive training with us then we will be able to check this for you. If not then just log into your USI record (usi.gov.au) and check your transcript to see when you completed your previous courses.
Note: It is very important that you book in to the correct course, if your CPR and Provide First Aid/Education and Childcare First Aid courses do not expire in alignment with each other then it is most cost effective to complete the 3 year update earlier rather than later in the year it is due to expire.
All courses have the CPR requirements as part of the government competency so must be completed every time you update your qualification.
I can't find any standard course dates on your website and I do not qualify to complete the express course?
That is correct, we are specialists in Express CPR & First Aid courses and do not offer any Standard Course options. We explain the difference in the "courses and prices" tab to ensure you understand the qualification process for Express course options.
